Cancellation of an Order

Once payment is made your order can be cancelled only if it’s 2 working days prior to the delivery date.

Cancellations made after this period will not be accepted. Cancellation of an order will happen when there are no stocks available on the respective product and the Customer Care team will inform you in such instances and arrange a refund or a replacement.

Your order may be cancelled due to unavailability of the item , wrong product being advertised or wrong price being advertised.


Confirmation of Order

Once the payment has been successfully made you will receive an email & SMS confirming the item you have purchased.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email & SMS with your order details which includes your order confirmation number.

Gift Vouchers

Is it possible to refund a Gift Voucher?

Once sold Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

What kind of products can I purchase from a Gift Voucher? 

You can redeem your Gift Voucher to purchase any product in our website. But we will not refund the money if the value of the Gift voucher/s exceeds the value of the item/s you purchase.

What if I lose my Voucher?

Gift voucher is not replaceable.

What do I need to verify the authenticity of the Gift Voucher?

Once you receive the Gift Voucher through mail check whether it bears seal of Artizen Alley.com. If you need further clarifications you can always call our hotline.

What is the valid period of a Gift Voucher?

Every gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date on the face of the Gift voucher. Every Gift voucher shall be subjected to Artizen Alley terms and conditions. Artizen Alley has the right to verify the authenticity of Gift Voucher at the time of redeem.

How can I redeem a Voucher?

Step 01 – Purchase an Artizen Alley Voucher.
Step 02 – Sign in to your Artizen Alley account. If you don’t have an account, click the Three Stacked Horizontal Lines icon on the top right corner. Click “Register” and create an account by entering your email address, contact number, and password.
Step 03 – After signing in, visit the “Shop” section and add the products you want to your cart. Once you’re ready, click “View Cart”. In the “Use Coupons Code” section, enter the voucher code from your voucher, and place your order.
Step 04 – Your voucher will be applied, and you’ll receive confirmation of your purchase!


Can I use a Voucher to purchase another Voucher?

Kindly note that Vouchers can not be used to purchase another Voucher.

Orders will be delivered to the location provided by you within 3-5 working days.

Delivery Cost

Flat Rate Delivery – Rs. 450 Per Item Across the Island.

Delivery Charge Policy for Multiple Items

When a customer places an order containing multiple products, a delivery fee will initially be charged for each product.

Due to the nature of bulk deliveries, the total delivery fee may be slightly higher than for single-item orders.

Custom Delivery Fee Calculation

Once the order is placed, our team will consult with our delivery partner to determine a special delivery fee based on the total weight and size of the combined package.

This custom delivery fee aims to provide a more accurate and potentially lower cost for the customer.

Customer Notification

If the recalculated delivery fee is different from the originally paid delivery fee, our team will contact the customer to inform them of the updated delivery cost.

Excess Delivery Fee Adjustment

If the recalculated delivery fee is lower than the amount already paid, the difference will be offered to the customer as a coupon code.

This coupon code will reflect the saved amount and can be redeemed during the customer’s next purchase on our platform.

Coupon Code Validity

The coupon code will have specific terms and conditions regarding its usage, including an expiration date and applicability to eligible purchases.

These details will be provided to the customer along with the coupon code.

Non-Negotiable Policy

Delivery fee adjustments and coupon issuance are subject to the final calculation of our delivery partner and our internal policy. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for any queries.


Note :
Delivery of the items will be based on the availability of the item you have ordered and on the delivery location.
Delivery period provided in our site will neither form a condition nor a warranty on the delivery period.

Payment Method

We accept payments via Visa, Master or AMEX.
Online Money transfers and cash deposits are also accepted.

At the time of payment, you will be directed to the respective payment gateway which is secured with a 128-bit secure socket layer encryption connection of the respective bank.
Once the payment is made, you will be redirected back to ArtizenAlley.com

What should I do if my payment fails? 

In case of a payment failure, please retry to ensure.

Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process
Verify with the Bank whether your card has sufficient funds to make the necessary payments.
 

Product Availability

We try our best to show accurate information to our customers when it comes to product Specifications, Prices, Discounts, Images and Availability. However, all these may change without prior notice.

Exchange & Refund Of Your Purchase 


Exchange Conditions

Exchanges can be done ONLY within 4 Days of purchase.

Please note that you can only make one exchange request per order.

Exchanges can be done in the same design, different color or size.

Whenever any exchange is done please note the following:
>The product should be returned in the original condition and not used, damaged, or washed.
>The client will have to bear the delivery cost for exchanges.

If any item needs to be exchanged, the customer needs to refer to the bill & contact the hotline. The customer care team will inform the customer of the location where the customer can return the product.

The selling price of an Item sold based on an online promotion will be based on the promotional price when exchanged.
If the item sold has any technical or product defect, a courier will be arranged by the company to pick up the item & the cost will be borne by the company.

Refund Conditions

The refund will be processed to the same payment method or platform that was originally used for the purchase on the website.

If a customer requests a refund and chooses not to exchange the product, the following process will apply:

We require 2 working days to process the refund on our side through our portal.
Once the refund is processed on our end, the payment gateway typically takes 10 to 15 working days to complete the refund and transfer the funds to the customer's bank account.
In total, the refund process may take 10-17 working days. However, we try to complete refunds as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time.
